Momcozy Pump Range
There are currently seven Momcozy wearable breast pumps available. These are the S9 Pro, S12 Pro, M5, V1 Pro, V2 Pro, M6 Mobile Style, and M9 Mobile Flow.
Whilst there are definitely some similarities between these Momcozy pumps, they are also designed to cater to the different needs of pumping moms.
So what makes these Momcozy pumps so different from each other?
Let’s take a look, with my Momcozy pump comparison!
Momcozy S9 Pro
The Momcozy S9 Pro is the base model of the Momcozy breast pump range. It is the most affordable Momcozy pump, but also the most basic.

At a snapshot, the Momcozy S9 Pro comes with:
- 300mmHg suction strength
- 2 pumping modes
- 9 suction levels
- Small LED screen
- 6oz container capacity
- 180 minutes usage time
- 150 minutes recharge
I think this pump is ideal for those on a tight budget, looking for a reliable, wearable breast pump that will get the job done.
For me the big positive with the S9 Pro is its impressive battery usage time.
You can read my full Momcozy S9 Pro review for more details.
Momcozy S12 Pro
Stepping up from the S9 Pro is the Momcozy S12 Pro.

At a snapshot, the key features of the Momcozy S12 Pro are:
- 300mmHg suction strength
- 3 pumping modes
- 9 suction levels
- DoubleFit flange
- Large LED screen
- 6oz container capacity
- 140 minutes usage time
- 90 minutes recharge
Now I think the main advantage of the S12 Pro over the S9 Pro is the addition of a third mixed mode. This mixed mode, which is a combination of the shorter stimulation suctions and longer expression suctions, gives pumping mothers more flexibility and control over their pumping session.
In addition, the S12 Pro has a greater focus on comfort with the addition of the trademarked Momcozy DoubleFit flange. The DoubleFit flange acts as a cushioning for the breast as well as providing a better seal, which can aid in your overall comfort and milk output.
The main disadvantage for me is the reduction in battery usage time, however I feel like that is somewhat made up for by the much quicker recharge time.

Momcozy M5
The Momcozy M5 is an Amazon Best Seller for electric breast pumps! So, I feel like that says a lot about this small, but powerful breast pump.

At a snapshot, the Momcozy M5 comes with:
- 300mmHg suction strength
- 3 pumping modes including vibration with the mixed mode
- 9 suction levels
- Lightweight – only 230g per pump
- DoubleFit flange
- Unique 105° flange design
- LED screen
- 5.4oz container capacity
- 120 minutes usage time
- 120 minutes recharge
- Tons of accessories including a hard-shell carry case
You can already see that there is a big difference between the M5 vs S12 Pro when it comes to the features.
An obvious difference with the M5 is that is an all-in-one design where the pump and collection cup are integrated into a single unit, opposed to the pump motor sitting on top of the collection cup with the S9 and S12 Pro. The main advantage of this is that the pump is much smaller in design, leading to increased discretion. The downside is that the collection cup is much smaller, so this is not the best Momcozy pump if you are an overproducer.
Speaking of design, and where I think the M5 shines, is its unique 105° flange slope!
The 105° flange slope aims to mimic the natural curvature of a baby’s mouth when latched onto the breast. This is meant to enhance comfort and minimizes any potential discomfort caused by compression of milk ducts, a common concern when using traditional breast pumps.
Importantly, this specific flange slope contributes significantly to the efficiency of milk flow.
Now, couple this with the vibration feature that comes with the mixed mode, which is design to maximise milk output by loosening the milk from the milk ducts, you can start to see why this pump is a best seller! Milk output plus comfort is a wining combo in my books too!
And then you get the additional accessories like the hard-shell carry case which I think makes this Momcozy pump even more appealing!
Where the M5 is let down is in its battery usage. 120 minute of usage time is good, but also not amazing. read more on how the M5 compares with the other Momcozy M series pumps in my Momcozy M5 vs M6 vs M9 review.
Momcozy V1 Pro
The Momcozy V1 Pro is a serious upgrade from the Momcozy V1.

The Momcozy V1 Pro is similar to the Momcozy V2 in design with the separate motor and tubing, but offers a few really unique features to the other Momcozy pumps.
Firstly, it comes with an adjustable pumping frequency feature, allowing users to set the number of cycles per minute for personalized comfort. This can be set on low, medium, or high. I love this feature for providing even more customization with your pumping session.
My favorite feature though is its adjustable timer, allowing sessions from 5 to 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule without watching the clock.
Battery life is another big plus! The V1 Pro offers up to 270 minutes of use on a single charge (roughly nine x 30-minute sessions) and charges via USB-C in two hours, adding to its portability and convenience.
At a snapshot, the Momcozy V1 Pro comes with:
- 300mmHg suction strength
- 3 pumping modes (stimulation, expression, and mixed mode)
- 15 suction levels
- Adjustable pumping frequency (low, medium, high)
- Only 130g per collection cup
- 7oz container capacity
- DoubleFit™ flange
- LED screen with adjustable timer (5 to 30 minutes)
- 270 minutes usage time per charge
- 120 minutes recharge time via USB-C
- Additional flange inserts (17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm).

Momcozy V2 Pro
If you’re somebody who struggles with the weight of a wearable breast pump, then you’ll want to check out the Momcozy V2 Pro.

Similar to the Momcozy V1 Pro, this Momcozy pump comes with a motor that is separate to my new favorite tear-drop collection cups. The biggest advantage of this is that it significantly reduces the weight you need to carry on your chest during your pumping session. Each cup only weighs 120g, making this a very lightweight breast pump indeed. As a huge bonus, the pump motor is ultra light weight at just 127grams.
Another huge benefit for overproducers is the cup capacity! At 7oz, this is definitely the largest cup capacity in the Momcozy pump range.
The trade off is that the Momcozy V2 Pro is that it includes the addition of tubing which is less discreet and potentially requires more maintenance.
As a huge plus though, this pump is ultra quiet at just 45dB!
At a snapshot, the Momcozy V2 Pro comes with:
- 288mmHg suction strength
- 3 pumping modes
- 9 suction levels
- Lightweight – only 120g per cup and 127g for pump motor
- DoubleFit™ flange
- LED screen
- 7oz container capacity
- 180 minutes usage time
- 170 minutes recharge
- Only 45dB
Momcozy M6 Mobile Style
The Momcozy M6 is most similar to the Momcozy M5, but with a few upgrades.

The main upgrades include a fine-tune in the pumping rhythm to increase comfort and to increase the milk supply as well as an improved battery usage time of 180 minutes.
You also have a flat bottom on the larger 6oz cup, so the pump can stand upright. Seems trivial but it is actually a big plus as it makes removing your pumps at the same time much easier.
There is also the introduction of a soft and hard silicone flange that can simply click into place, which is far less fiddly than a soft silicone flange like on the M5.
And I really like the tear drop design opposed to the semi-circular of the M5. It feels more natural.
The downside is that they have removed the vibration feature with the mixed mode, and you do not get the comfort of the 105° flange slope.
At a snapshot, the Momcozy M6 comes with:
- 295 mmHg suction strength
- 3 pumping modes
- 9 suction levels
- Tear drop design
- Soft and hard DoubleFit flange
- LED screen
- 6oz container capacity
- 180 minutes usage time
- 90 minutes recharge
- Tons of accessories including a hard-shell carry case
Momcozy M9 Mobile Flow
Lastly, we have the latest Momcozy M9! Now what I think is exciting about this Momcozy breast pump is the introduction of the Momcozy App.

It is currently the only pump in the Momcozy range that integrates with the Momcozy App.
What I love most about the app is that not only can you remotely control your pump for maximum discretion, but it also comes with the ability to use additional pumping modes, like the two professional modes Milk relief and Milk Boost. You can even set your own pumping modes and keep track of your pumping sessions.
Momcozy App aside, there are a few more ‘luxury’ additions such as the 15 suction levels. This is 8 more than any of the other Momcozy pumps that comes with a standard 9 suction levels. The additional suction levels certainly gives you more control over your pumping experience.
And you also have the ability to store your milk in the collection cup, without the need to transfer it to another storage container. Perfect for when you’re in a hurry or on the go.
The biggest downside for me, is that the pump has a lot more parts to it than the other Momcozy pumps, which means more cleaning and more maintenance.
At a snapshot, the Momcozy M9 Moble Flow comes with:
- Integrates with Momcozy App
- 300 mmHg suction strength
- 3 pumping modes with 2 additional professional modes via the app
- 15 suction levels
- Tear drop design
- Soft and hard DoubleFit flange
- LED screen
- 5oz container capacity
- 150 minutes usage time
- 150 minutes recharge
- Tons of accessories including a hard-shell carry case

The Verdict
When it comes to determining which is the best Momcozy breast pump, I really think it comes down to your individual preferences and needs.

If you’re on a tight budget, the Momcozy S9 Pro is the obvious choice. However, if you can stretch it a little more, I do think the S12 Pro is worth the extra dollars for the additional features.
If you’re looking for a pump that focuses on comfort and output, but still won’t break the bank, then it really is hard to go past the best seller Momcozy M5. It really does have a lot to offer, especially when you include all the additional value add accessories that come with it.
If you’re an overproducer or struggling with the weight of a wearable breast pump, the lightweight Momcozy V1 Pro or Momcozy V2 Pro are your best options.
If you want something a little more advanced, that combines convenience with function, then I feel the M6 Mobile Style is worth considering.
And if you’re sold on the performance and discretion of using an app, then the Momcozy M9 Mobile is the pump for you.
