Eufy S1 Pro Breast Pump Review
If you’re considering the Eufy S1 Pro wearable breast pump, you’re likely looking for a premium hands-free pump that goes beyond the basics. In this Eufy S1 Pro breast pump review, I share my hands-on experience testing the pump in real-world use, including comfort, suction performance, heating support, app control, and portability.
On paper, the Eufy S1 Pro offers up to 300 mmHg suction, multi-level HeatFlow warming, smart app control, and a rechargeable charging case. The question is whether these premium features meaningfully improve day-to-day pumping, or if they’re more about convenience than necessity.
While this article focuses on a full, in-depth Eufy S1 Pro review, many moms also want to understand how it fits within the wider Eufy lineup. At a high level, the S1 Pro delivers the same core pumping power and app control as other Eufy wearable pumps, but adds greater heat customization, extended portable battery support (via the charging case), and premium accessories designed for frequent or on-the-go pumping.
I cover everything you need to know about the Eufy S1 Pro below so you can decide if it’s the right fit for your pumping routine. If you’re still comparing models, you can also explore my full Eufy breast pump comparison guide, which breaks down how the S1 Pro compares with the E20, S1, and other Eufy wearable breast pumps.
This review is best suited for moms who pump frequently and want maximum comfort, customization, and portability from a wearable breast pump.

My Eufy S1 Pro Breast Pump Review
The Eufy S1 Pro is one of the most advanced wearable breast pumps I’ve tested. While many wearable pumps offer solid suction and portability, this one truly stands out with thoughtful features designed for both comfort and convenience, especially for moms looking for a smart breast pump with app integration.
It has a built-in heating element that helps with milk flow, a rechargeable case that makes it easy to pump on the go, and an intuitive app that gives you more control than most other pumps I’ve tried.
Let’s dive into my full Eufy S1 Pro breast pump review to find out if it deserves a spot on your shortlist.

What I Love About the Eufy S1 Pro Breast Pump
The Eufy S1 Pro is not your average wearable breast pump – it’s a smart, high-performance option that brings together some seriously impressive premium features in one sleek design.
With up to 300mmHg of hospital-grade suction strength, this pump doesn’t just look good—it performs. It’s effective at expressing milk while still feeling gentle, thanks to the multiple suction levels and customizable rhythms available through the Eufy Baby app.
What really sets it apart, though, is the built-in heat therapy. This isn’t just a warm touch—it’s an integrated warming pad in each flange with seven temperature settings (35°C to 41°C) designed to support letdown, improve milk flow, and help prevent clogs. It’s a thoughtful upgrade that makes a big difference, especially during those early postpartum days or when you’re feeling a bit engorged.
And let’s talk about noise! This pump is quiet, clocking in at just 46dB. Whether you’re pumping during a Zoom call, in the car, or while your baby naps, it’s subtle enough to go unnoticed in most everyday situations.
But one of my absolute favorite parts is the rechargeable charging case. Not only does it protect your pump while on the go, but it also recharges your units magnetically when stored inside. This compact case adds major convenience for moms who travel, work, or just want peace of mind between sessions—especially since it can power multiple days of use.
So, if you’re looking for a breast pump that combines performance, comfort, and smart technology into one discreet wearable, the Eufy S1 Pro is absolutely worth considering.
Performance and Efficiency
With hospital-grade suction strength up to 300 mmHg, the Eufy S1 Pro is no slouch when it comes to performance.
On the pump itself, there are 2 Modes (stimulation and expression) and 7 suction levels to adjust intensity. There is also the heating option which comes with 7 temperature levels (35°C to 41°C), which is very generous, especially when compared to the Eufy E20 that has just 3 heating levels.
Now, while those settings are pretty standard for wearables, the real power lies in the app…
Inside the Eufy Baby app, you’ll get access to 4 advanced pumping rhythms:
- Max Flow Rhythm – For maximum milk output
- Standard Rhythm – Classic 2-minute stimulation followed by expression
- Gentle Rhythm – Great for sensitive nipples with longer, softer sessions
- Natural Rhythm – Mimics baby’s suckling pattern for multiple letdowns
You can also choose between three suction speeds (low, medium, and high) which is a rare and welcome customization.
I also really appreciated the preset timer options in the app (15 or 30 minutes). There’s no timer on the pump itself, so this is perfect if you want a “set it and forget it” session.
And of course you can adjust the heating 7 different temperature levels.

Design
The Eufy S1 Pro is an all-in-one wearable breast pump designed for portability. It’s light weight and compact, though I do think it lacks the ultra-slim profile seen in some other wearables like the Eufy S1 Pro vs Willow Go. That said, the pump is discreet enough to wear under clothing.
One of the things I love most about the design is how minimal it is—there are just five main components to assemble and clean, which makes setup and daily maintenance so much easier.
The collection cup holds up to 5oz (150ml), which is a good fit for most moms, however if you are an overproducer this capacity might not be enough.
One thing I will add, compared to many other wearable pumps, the materials feel very high quality, especially the flange which is thick and durable.

Comfort
When it comes to comfort, the Eufy S1 Pro makes a solid effort to create a more pleasant pumping experience, but like any pump, it may not be perfect for everyone.
One of the standout comfort features is the built-in heat therapy, which warms the flange using integrated heating pads with seven adjustable settings ranging from 35°C to 41°C. I love that these heat settings are adjustable, unlike the Comfyer W2 that also has heat tech. This warmth helps promote milk flow and can be a game-changer for preventing clogged ducts, especially helpful during those early days of breastfeeding or for moms prone to blockages. It adds a soothing element to each session that’s noticeably different from standard cold-flange designs.
The flange itself is set at a 105° angle, designed to mimic the natural curve of a baby’s mouth for a better latch-like fit. It sits comfortably against the breast and supports milk flow while helping to reduce pinching or friction.
In terms of sizing, the Eufy S1 Pro comes with a default 24mm flange, and includes 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm inserts in the box. This range is great for helping most moms find a better fit without needing to buy extras upfront. That said, there’s one important limitation: the flange tunnel is relatively short, which may not provide adequate room if you have elastic nipples. In that case, you might experience rubbing or discomfort, and a pump with a deeper flange tunnel may be a better option.
As for materials, the flange isn’t your typical flimsy silicone. It’s made from a smooth, non-stick, food-grade silicone which has almost a velvet feel to it. It’s designed to reduce friction and help prevent the uncomfortable sticking that can sometimes happen during longer sessions. The surface glides easily against the skin, even when warm, which helps create a more comfortable and consistent seal throughout pumping. It also holds its shape well under suction and feels far more durable than thinner silicone options I’ve seen on other wearable pumps.
Noise Levels
At just 46dB, this pump is very quiet. You might hear it in a completely silent room, but with any kind of background noise, it’s barely noticeable.

User-Friendliness
While the LED screen is clear and easy to use, the real magic happens in the app.
You can:
- Turn the pump on/off remotely
- Customize heat, suction, rhythm, and speed
- Track pumping sessions and milk output
- Set auto-shutoff timers
Honestly, if you’re buying this pump, I highly recommend using it with the app to get the most out of it.

Portability
A standout feature for me is the Eufy’s charging case. The charging case that comes with the S1 Pro Eufy pump provides up to five days of power, making it convenient for travel or busy schedules. This rechargeable carry case is one of the main differences between the Eufy S1 and S1 Pro breast pump.
The pump and case utilize USB-C charging, offering compatibility with modern charging devices.
It’s important to note though that the charging case is not waterproof, so used pump components should be stored separately to maintain the case’s integrity.
While it’s not the lightest wearable pump, the compact size and charging case make it incredibly portable. Plus, the USB-C charging ensures easy charging on the go.

Cleaning
Great news—the Eufy S1 Pro can be steam sterilized, which is a big win in my book, especially compared to pumps, like Momcozy, that don’t allow it. You can also boil the parts for 5 minutes as recommended, making sterilization simple and accessible. Just keep in mind that it’s not microwave sterilizer safe, so you’ll want to avoid that method.
Another thing I love? The pump is designed with minimal parts. With just five components per side there’s less to clean and reassemble after each use. This streamlined setup not only saves time but also helps reduce the risk of leaks from incorrectly fitted pieces. For busy moms, this kind of hassle-free maintenance is a major plus.
Value for Money
Costing around $350, there’s no denying that the Eufy S1 Pro falls into the premium price category. But in my opinion, it’s one of those pumps where the features really do help justify the cost.
Between the built-in heat flow technology, rechargeable carry case, smart app integration, minimal parts for easy cleaning, and hospital-grade suction performance, the S1 Pro offers a level of comfort and control that’s hard to find in other wearables. Add in the quiet operation and sleek design, and you’re getting a truly elevated pumping experience.
If you’re deciding between premium and budget-friendly models, my Eufy S1 Pro vs E20 comparison breaks down exactly what you get for the extra cost — including heating flexibility, battery performance, and portability.
My thoughts, if you’re looking for a pump that’s thoughtfully designed, packed with premium features, and makes your sessions as efficient and comfortable as possible, then I think the Eufy S1 Pro is well worth the investment.
What I Wish Was Different
As much as I love the Eufy S1 Pro, no pump is perfect. Here are a few things I think are worth considering before you decide if it’s the right fit for you:
- 5oz capacity – While it’s enough for most moms, if you’re an oversupplier or prefer longer sessions without pausing, the smaller size might feel limiting.
- No timer on the pump itself – You’ll need the app to track or set your pumping duration, which can be a bit frustrating if you don’t always have your phone handy.
- Only 7 suction levels – The suction is strong and effective, but for a premium pump, I would have loved to see more levels for finer control.
- Short flange tunnel – This may not be ideal for those with elastic nipples, as the shallow depth can impact comfort and milk flow.
- Charging case increases the price – The rechargeable case is one of my favorite features, but it’s exclusive to the S1 Pro and contributes to the higher overall cost.
None of these are dealbreakers for me, but they’re definitely worth keeping in mind depending on your pumping needs and preferences.
The Verdict
All in all, the Eufy S1 Pro is a smart, thoughtfully designed wearable breast pump that really impressed me with its built-in heat therapy, customizable app features, and quiet, efficient performance. The rechargeable charging case is a standout bonus for busy moms on the go, and the minimal parts make cleaning and reassembling super simple.
I think this pump is a great fit for moms who want premium comfort, smart features, and portability all in one. If you’re someone who values heat to help with letdowns or clogged ducts, loves the idea of app control, or needs a discreet pump you can take just about anywhere, the S1 Pro is definitely worth considering.
That said, this pump might not be the best choice if you’re an oversupplier, need a longer flange tunnel for elastic nipples, or prefer a pump with more manual control directly on the device. And if you’re sticking to a tighter budget or don’t care about the app or charging case, there may be other options that better suit your needs without the higher price tag (like the Momcozy M5 vs Eufy S1 Pro).
But if you’re looking for a premium wearable pump that delivers on both innovation and comfort? The Eufy S1 Pro is absolutely one to check out.
